Our Team

Our team is a highly motivated and dedicated professional team with some staff having over 30+ years experience working with children.  We pride ourselves on our continuity of care and always seek ways to go above and beyond in your child’s journey with us.

We take great care in choosing the right staff for our nursery, ensuring that the care we offer our children remains of a high quality.  Each member of staff has a passion to work with children and this shows in the care we provide.

All staff undergoes strict vetting procedures to ensure their suitability in working with children, including enhanced security checks.  They all hold relevant childcare qualifications and have previous experience in working within childcare settings.

To maintain the high level of care provided, staff attend regular training in all areas to ensure they are up to date with current working practices.  This helps guarantee that children are always given the best opportunities to develop personally.

Key Person

We understand that it is hard for some children to be away from parents, especially if this is their first experience.  To help children settle quickly and feel safe and become independently confident, we allocate a key person to each child.  The key person’s main responsibility is to help the child settle as quickly as possible into the nursery.  They will offer one-to-one care, carry out observations and plan the next steps in the child’s development through learning activities and be the main point of contact for parents.
